列车与翻车机

  本案例展示的是长大货车编组与翻车机的建模与仿真,着重分析列车纵向动力学。利用计算机仿真优化了列车通过翻车机的倾卸策略,现场的测试结果验证了仿真的正确,模型还可以研究不同操作参数对车钩力的影响。

  研究工作由澳大利亚莫纳什大学铁道技术研究院(IRT)和俄罗斯计算力学有限公司(UM)合作完成。

  列车纵向动力学使用UM Train模块进行仿真。每个车简化为一个质点,只有一个自由度,车与车之间通过粘弹性力元连接,可充分体现车钩缓冲器滞回特性。模型考虑了坡道阻力,滚动阻力,空气阻力,曲线阻力等。

  仿真计算的结果通过矿用仪表车(IOC)的现场记录来得到验证。为此,选取列车中四个不同位置的车钩力和车辆速度予以对比。仿真计算的结果,无论是波形还是幅值,都与实测数据高度吻合。研究了不同参数的影响,如钩缓特性,车钩间隙以及速度规划。
